Make Age Calculator in MS Excel

Hello Friends! Today we will learn how to make your own age calculator in MS Excel with simple and easy function DATEDIF. There are many softwares, applications and google itself calculate age in years months and dates but calculating yourself is the best thing you can learn and make learn to others.

So let's start with the years, to calculate years for a specific date use function =DATEDIF(B5,C5,"y") & " Years" here replace the cell with the cell you have the data. For reference please see screenshot below:

Now to calculate age in months use function =DATEDIF(B5,C5,"ym") & " Months" and replace the cell with the cell you have the data. For reference please see screenshot below:

Now to calculate age in days use function=DATEDIF(B5,C5,"md") & " Days " and replace the cell with the cell you have the data. For reference please see screenshot below:

Now to calculate age in both years, months and days use function =DATEDIF(B5,C5,"y") & " Years "   & DATEDIF(B5,C5,"ym") & " Months " & DATEDIF(B5,C5,"md") & " Days " and replace the cell with the cell you have the data. For reference please see screenshot below:

Now if you want to calculate age in years for current date use function =DATEDIF(T5,NOW(),"y") & " Years" and replace the cell with the cell you have the data. For reference please see screenshot below:

Now if you want to calculate age in months for current date use function =DATEDIF(T5,NOW(),"ym") & " Months" and replace the cell with the cell you have the data. For reference please see screenshot below:

Now if you want to calculate age in days for current date use function =DATEDIF(T5,NOW(),"md") & " Days " and replace the cell with the cell you have the data. For reference please see screenshot below:
